Eric Stephenson

Eric Stephenson is an accomplished impact investing and philanthropy professional with a wealth of expertise gained through an accomplished career. He holds a BBA in finance from Temple University and an MA in education administration from the University of the Pacific. Eric's career began in the global leasing group at Xerox, where he gained valuable insights and experience in finance. He later moved to Hamilton Lane as an analyst and was responsible for fund investments. Eric then joined the Cordes Foundation as an associate and rose through the ranks to become Portfolio Director. In this role, he worked on a strategic plan that achieved 100% mission alignment across asset classes.

Eric's extensive experience in impact investing and philanthropy led him to Align Impact, where he serves as Director of Client Services and member of its investment committee. His primary function is to help investors and their advisors form and implement impact investing and philanthropic strategies. Eric is an active member of the professional community and serves as co-chair of the Cordes Foundation, a member of the advisory board for Duke University's CASE i3 Initiative on Impact Investing, and is a due diligence mentor at Harvard University's Initiative for Responsible Investment.
