Erica's impressive career includes being the former Board Member of Bayer AG and the former Global President of Bayer's Consumer Health Division, where she directed every aspect of one of the world’s leading global OTC companies. Erica has extensive experience in highly regulated, complex, multi-channel, and multi-product environments all across the globe, including emerging markets. She is a significant player in both small- & large-scale M&A and integration and deeply understands P&L management.
