With a Bachelor's degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design from the Art Institute of Philadelphia, he has honed his skills in various fields like Digital Strategy, Web Design, User Experience Design, Corporate Identity, and more. Pino has worked with numerous organizations, including Bounteous, anthonypino.com, Philadelphia Media Network, The Neat Company, G2 Latam, Digitas Health, Razorfish Health, Shiny Advertising, Comcast Interactive Media, Avenue A - Razorfish, i-FRONTIER, and PCGraphics. He has held positions ranging from Senior Designer to Creative Director and Associate Creative Director with his experience and expertise supporting his success.

Some of Pino's notable accomplishments include working as a Creative Director, Digital for Philadelphia Media Network: Philly.com, Inquirer and Daily News, where he was responsible for directing the design team in creating various interactive projects, including micro-sites, email campaigns, and advertorials. At The Neat Company, Pino redesigned their branding, produced promotional videos, and gave their product packaging a fresh look. He also worked on several PhRMA award-winning campaigns at Digitas Health and Razorfish Health.
