Multi-dimensional executive with responsibilities spanning across financial, operational and strategic duties for a practice that has evolved from a start-up practice to a rapidly growing global alternative to Big Four transaction advisory providers.  Experienced in transforming practice management ideas and concepts into operation, as well as leading five year strategic planning processes driving the organization through evolutionary growth phases.  Additionally, function as the practice administrative leader on roll-outs of numerous programs and initiatives.

Practice comprised of over 275 client serving professionals and spanning across  geographies including the US, UK, Netherlands, Germany, India, China, Brazil, Mexico, France, and Sweden.

Prior responsibilities during my Alvarez & Marsal career included managing various practice line functions as well as providing due diligence client service as senior director in the Transaction Advisory Group.
