My tasks cover:
-  Providing consultative talent acquisition solution by partnering with Hiring Managers across multiple projects in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany and the UK.
-  Forming close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.
-  Advising management on interviewing, hiring, and candidate evaluation.
-  Providing innovative solutions to drive hiring and meet business objectives.
-  Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining an updated and clear ATS (Workday).
-  Handle all administrative tasks related to the candidate cycle, including reporting.
-  Sourcing and screening candidates as well as refining down the most suitable talent from available candidates.
-  Planning interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, etc.
-  Managing relationships and effectiveness of second tier suppliers.

I worked as a recruiter as part of the off-site recruitment team, for the market leading consultancy in the UK, Capgemini, working as part of their RPO agreement with Randstad Sourceright.

In this position my main tasks were:
-  Searching for online profiles and CVs through the use of Boolean, Google Xray, and other search techniques.
-  Engage with candidates, interview them through telephone / Skype interviews and submit them to our clients.
-  Maintain a sustainable relationship with our (key) clients and provide them with the necessary services and solutions agreed on the intake call.
-  Maintaining a good relationship with candidates
-  Provide a basic insight on the industry *market intelligence*
-  Keep track of all candidates in ATS/CRM/Operations Model
