Maoiliosa O'Culachain is a seasoned entrepreneur who has established and expanded several businesses while retaining solid global connections. Among his recent positions is the Managing Director at SOLUXR, where he has introduced proprietary procedures utilising automation that help consultancies contribute considerable value to companies grappling with complex strategic concerns. Previously, Maoiliosa was the Ireland Market Advisor for Nasdaq and Europe's Business Development Director for Nasdaq Private Market. He was also a co-founder of Global Shares plc, served as Executive Director of the Irish ProShare Association, and was a Non-Executive Director of the eaga Trust in the UK. Additionally, Maoiliosa was the eircom ESOP Manager. Before that, he served as a consultant to PwC in London for seven years, gaining experience consulting on employee stock plans, human resources systems implementation, project management, change management, and more.
