Sridhar Sundaram has over a decade of experience at the intersection of technology, design, business, and social impact. He is currently leading customer and partner engagement for SAP Globalization Services at SAP, after previously co-leading the SAP Localization Hub in the same organization. Sundaram has also held several other positions within SAP, including Associate Manager in the Managing Director's Office and roles in Strategic Programs, Industry Solutions, and Solution Management.

Before joining SAP, Sundaram gained experience as a consultant in supply chain management at Bristlecone and as a management intern at PepsiCo. He also previously served as Editor in Chief for Insight Magazine at the College of Engineering, Trivandrum.

Sundaram is passionate about driving change that creates community impact and social change. He has co-founded various social impact initiatives such as Project Prayas, Autism at Work, and India Inclusion Summit. He has also developed an interest in creating new business models that sustain both the organization and the community, believing that any change must be designed around people and purpose and closely tied to the organizational and social vision.

Sundaram has a Master of Management in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum and the University of Kerala. He also studied Executive Education in Strategy—Building and Sustaining Competitive Advantage at Harvard Business School.
