Lisa Litherland, an Executive MBA graduate from Northwestern University-Kellogg School of Management and former Venture Capital Partner at VDOSH, is the CEO and co-founder of Social Optics. Along with her extensive experience in corporate sales, talent and organizational development, and IoT digital transformation, Lisa also studied B.S. in Electrical Engineering at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has also been a former Executive Member at International LEAP Network and a Venture Fellow at both Alumni Ventures and Purple Arch Ventures. Lisa's diverse interests led her to pursue studies in Brazil Elective about Consumer Growth in São Paulo.

As a CEO of Social Optics, Lisa is working towards empowering autistic teenagers to improve their social and communication skills. She has also worked with Zoom as its Development and Growth Leader, and CDW as Electronics Technician, Sales Leader - Education, Corporate Account Manager - Enterprise Technology Sales, and Talent and Organizational Development-Enablement Sales Manager. Besides, Lisa is also passionate about creating a better work environment, and has previously served as Board Member of Women's ERG and Founding Board Member of LGBTQ+ BRG at CDW.
