Reviewed and approved all pricing, packaging, discount and non standard term requests/approvals for all deals in NA and LAC.

Pricing and Deal Strategy Analyst 

Assist with the financial side of all renewals of our software subscription. This includes invoicing, upgrading and working to help retain our clients year over year.

Provide live support/office hours to sales reps all over the world  to help them with pricing and building their deals.

Renewal Specialist

Work cross-functionally with other departments as well as clients to build invoices for new deals.
Responsible for the billing, collecting and invoicing for hundreds of Qualtrics clients and customers, on a monthly and annual basis. 
Responsible for tracking cash collections on a weekly and quarterly basis for the AR team around the world. 
Responsible for helping and supporting the sales reps with pricing, bundling products and creating deals. 
Help the Sales Operations Team with "Deal Desk" and office hours, where reps can come to receive help   with salesforce and other inquiries.

Account Receivables Specalist

I help build and audit reports on a daily basis using MicroStrategies, SalesForce and other big data tools. I audit reports for data integrity purposes and help find errors within our data systems. I also help update reports and spreadsheets that we give to Finance, Accounting and out departments within the company. I also assist with building reports to provide updated and accurate information to our investors about their portfolios. 
I help do in depth research on accounts using Sales Force as well.

I work for the Asset Management Department on a specialized team called the Solar Workout Team. 
I am currently heading up a special project of pre-default accounts with the responsibility of final review, analysis and final decision making on the accounts before being turned over to Debt Recovery Attorneys. 
We are a specially trained team that handles many different problems.
Examples of these are: 
Social Media Complaints and Escalations. 
Billing Disputes, Concerns and Questions. 
Compute Savings Analysts for individual customers. 
Compute Cost/Savings analysis
Cancellation Requests and contract disputes/escalations
Compute refunds and compensation checks
Compute credits for system issues and transfer issues. 
Manage specific accounts and work as Liaison for escalated customers between other departments and the local utility companies.  
Manage a specific number of past due accounts/escalated customers and work to resolve their problems in order to collect payment and help customer pay off their past due balances.

Solar Workout Team Specialist

I work on the Collections team. I reach out to past due customers, set up payment plans for those who are past due, and do inbound/outbound phone calls to explain to the customers the billing cycle and other important aspects of the company. I also am on the Spanish team for all departments.
