Melody Matzdorff, an individual with a passion for administration and the success of others, is the current Chief of Staff and Vice President at The Kairos Company. Hailing from New England, Melody attended Liberty University where she studied Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration for her undergraduate degree and received a Master of Business Administration. After completing her education, Melody served as Executive Assistant to both the Senior Vice President of Communications and the Senior Vice President of Spiritual Development at Liberty University, where she coordinated university programming and public relations. In 2015, she joined The Kairos Company, where she leads employee relations and administration as Chief of Staff and Vice President.
