Elizabeth Mader is a highly skilled research chemist with over eight years of postdoctoral experience in catalysis and alternative energy fields. She has a Ph.D. from the University of Washington and a B.Sc. from the University of Ottawa. Mader's academic research has resulted in multiple publications and proposals. She is proficient in experimental design, problem-solving, and large-scale coordination.

Mader is also an accomplished and experienced STEM educator. She has designed and taught STEM courses at high schools and universities, such as the Pathways to Science program at Yale University.

Mader is also a safety protocol and instrumentation design expert. She has been a former Assistant Chemist at Argonne National Laboratory and has led the renovation of 5000 sq. ft. laboratory space.

Mader is enthusiastic about inspiring and guiding the next generation of scientists and engineers. Her passion for STEM outreach led her to design and teach a five-day course for high school students on making dye-sensitized solar cells.
