With a rich background spanning 15+ years in Product Engineering, IT, and Telecom industries, Gurgen excels in managing large projects, program management, and driving operations process improvements in diverse organizations.

His expertise includes identifying critical project issues, facilitating teamwork for resolutions, managing multilayer solutions encompassing Cloud Computing, CRM, and Accounting applications, as well as excelling in change management, risk mitigation, and project finance forecasting.

Gurgen is adept at influencing stakeholders, meeting deadlines, and fostering strong partnerships both internally and externally. He is well-versed in various Waterfall and Agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, and Kanban.
