Michael Wilson, an accomplished Executive Vice President of Research & Development at Beachbody LLC, is a highly skilled professional with almost three decades of R&D experience. Graduating from Pennsylvania State University and earning a master's degree in Food Science with a minor in Packaging Technology from Rutgers University, Michael has been credited with 12 patents in food technology, nutrition, and packaging. He started his career at Kraft-General Foods Foodservice Division and then moved to Mars Chocolate business segment where he progressed his career, taking on increased responsibility areas of innovation, new technology, packaging, product development, and more for the Mars Snackfood, Petcare, and Food businesses. Michael was also the Vice President of Research & Development for Mars Food North America business until he joined Beachbody as an Executive Vice President of the same department. At Beachbody, he is responsible for R&D functional leadership role, which includes process and packaging development, all product development, regulatory and scientific affairs, food safety, and quality.
