Tess Knightbrook is an accomplished consultant with over 5 years of experience at Bain and the founder of a digital social venture, boasting a diverse background in various industries across the US and Latin America.

At Bain, Tess worked on projects spanning Retail, Restaurants, Technology, Healthcare, Industrials, and Private Equity, excelling in developing go-to-market strategies, operational improvements, model redesigns, and due diligence for private equity clients.

A graduate of Harvard Business School, Tess kickstarted her entrepreneurial journey during her business school years by establishing Confi, a women's health social venture known for its engaging digital health content and impactful work in sexual assault prevention training within colleges.

Tess holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a B.A. from UC Berkeley, and initiated her career in Argentina and Brazil where she resided for three years before settling in Los Angeles.
