Moneshia zu Eltz is an accomplished business leader with expertise in global corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), post merger integration, corporate finance, venture investing, and strategic partnerships and alliances. She has a proven track record of driving transformation in various industries such as software, Internet of Things (IoT), hardware, IT services, SaaS, and healthtech. With a focus on value creation, she has led the development of strategic relationships, M&A and corporate development plans that enable organizations to achieve greater potential and positive impact on society.

Moneshia holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School, a Bachelor's Degree from Smith College, and another from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). At present, she is a partner at Walther Transaction GmbH, a German-based advisory firm providing M&A transaction and corporate finance services.

Prior to her current role, Moneshia served as Interim CEO and mentor at Volunteer Vision, spearheading the education technology (EdTech) platform's growth and development. She has also worked in various executive roles at IBM, including Director of M&A and Strategic Partnerships, Watson/AI, Executive, Acquisition Integration, Executive, Corporate Business Development for CEEMEA, and Consultant, Corporate Development. Before joining IBM, Moneshia worked as a strategic management consultant at Monitor Deloitte (ex-Monitor Group). Most recently, she served as Vice President of Strategic Alliances, Partnerships, and Investments at Philips.

Moneshia is an active community builder and mentor for diverse talent/leadership development, leveraging Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to encourage greater organizational potential.
