I work for the presales team at Cambridge Semantics. Our team has two main functions, leading technical conversations with potential customers in support of our sales team and presenting proof of concepts back to those clients that we develop. Senior Field Engineer

Developed Business Process Management (BPM) applications. BPM solutions integrate with databases and web services and require significant end user interaction. Hence a good deal of my time was spent engaging with customers to understand their business's processes.+ Developed the Gross Profits application for Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc. This application addresses a common retail solution where there is a need to upload and approve financial data from numerous stores. The newer system has greater accuracy, improves control, increases efficiency, and has lower operating costs than the legacy system. + Replaced existing TibCo Direct Vendor Onboarding system with a BPM one. The BPM system has an improved UI and enhanced process visibility over its predecessor.

- Developed, along with a small team of engineers, Cisco Unified SIP proxy server. Primary focus was the development of the CLI and later on the user interface primarily using Java.+ Solved customers’ issues by working hands-on with support teams and partners. Primary point of contact for all issues that reached development. + Operated cross-functionally with build and manufacturing teams to ensure that software was properly installed on network modules. Assisted documentation team with developing accurate product literature.
