Quentin Roberts
Quentin Roberts is an Associate Attorney at Diamond McCarthy LLP in San Francisco. He received his Juris Doctor (J.D.), magna cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he was a Senior Staff Member of the Law Review. Quentin has extensive experience working on complex business litigation matters, including actions arising out of breaches of fiduciary duties, fraud, and malpractice. He also has experience working on class action litigation in federal and state courts.
Quentin is a contributing writer for the Federal Circuit Writers Project of the Federal Bar Association's Bankruptcy Section, covering recently published cases involving bankruptcy law in the Seventh Circuit. Prior to joining Diamond McCarthy LLP, Quentin worked at LEVI & KORSINSKY LLP, Finkelstein Thompson LLP, The Liu Law Firm P.C. & Chao Legal, Outten & Golden LLP, and Cohelan Khoury & Singer. He studied economics at the University of California, San Diego, where he earned his Bachelor's Degree.
