Cassie Paton is a people, culture, and systems manager with a background in journalism, copywriting, and real estate. With a master's degree in journalism from the University of Southern California and a bachelor's degree in mass communication and creative writing from Towson University, Cassie has both the education and experience to tell impactful stories and build strong teams.

Currently, Cassie is the Licensed Director of Operations for the Monday Team at Keller Williams Realty, Inc., where she manages a top-producing real estate team in the San Francisco Bay Area. Additionally, Cassie is a copywriter who specializes in helping businesses, creatives, and nonprofits tell their stories in a clear, impactful, and engaging way. She has previously worked with Pinterest, Alain Pinel Realtors, and Enplug, Inc.
