Darren Culbreath is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in application and cloud modernization. He is currently a Partner Solution Architect for Application Modernization at Google, where he oversees the evaluation of application landscape, legacy systems risk identification and mitigation, modernization migration and execution, and development of new functionalities, among others.

Culbreath has a wealth of technical experience in various areas, including big data tech, marketing tech, vendor selection, strategic planning, risk analysis, account management, finance, and budget administration. He is an expert in big data tech tools such as MongoDB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, IBM Watson, NLP, and NLG, among others. He also has in-depth knowledge of marketing tech, including SEO and social media strategy.

Culbreath has worked in various organizations over the years, including DXC Technology, USPTO, National Geographic Society, George Washington University, Samepoint LLC, XOHM, and Sprint. At DXC Technology, he served as Global Director of Application Modernization and Digital Transformation Strategy Executive. He was also a Chief Data Architect and co-founder of Samepoint LLC.

Culbreath has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati. He has demonstrated technical leadership skills in developing award-winning web content management tools that cater to the Magazine Publishing industry.
