Lesa Mitchell, a seasoned industry leader, has a longstanding history of supporting startup and tech companies. With a strong emphasis on inclusion, Ms. Mitchell's work in the entrepreneurship ecosystem spans across organizations such as High Alpha Innovation, Techstars, Cherry Blossom Intimates, and more. She has served as a Board of Director, former General Manager, and Advisory Board Member to a variety of innovative startups in the technology, healthcare, and science fields. With a vast network of connections, Ms. Mitchell has acted as a judge for the MIT Lemelson 500K Prize and an Advisory Board Member for Kairos Society and Modern Meadow Inc. She has been integral in advancing innovation through her work at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation in a variety of roles, including Vice President, Innovation & Networks. In addition, she has also owned her own business Optimum Potential Solutions, and was a Sr. Fellow at the Milken Institute. Lesa Mitchell remains a well-respected leader in her field and continues her work advancing diversity and inclusion in the startup world.
