Mike Newton is a seasoned marketer and entrepreneur with an impressive background in performance marketing, business development, and operations management. He obtained his education from Beijing Language and Culture University and Western Michigan University, where he studied Chinese Language and Culture, Foreign Languages (Spanish, Chinese), and Economics.

Mike has held senior management roles at NZXT, Inc., where he oversaw performance marketing and marketing operations. He has also worked at Discord and SnowShoe, leading growth and managing accounts. In addition, Mike was an Entrepreneur In Residence at Tradecraft, where he advised startups on business strategy and growth.

Mike's experience also extends to the Chinese market, having worked as a Chinese Market Consultant at Saagara and a Senior Planning Manager at Beijing Dentsu. He is also a former Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve, a role that honed his leadership and tactical skills.

Outside his professional experience, Mike is a Blogger and YouTuber at The Tea Letter and the founder of the Beijing Python MeetUp. He is multilingual, fluent in English, Spanish, and Chinese, and has a keen interest in technology and entrepreneurship.
