Jean-Michel Orfali is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various fields, ranging from technology and banking to human resources and marketing. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Logistics from HEC Montréal, he also studied at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and the University of Amsterdam.

Over the years, Jean-Michel has honed his skills in building strong partnerships, business development, transformation, and headhunting. He has successfully implemented new technologies and managed change in different companies. He is adept in creating creative business strategies to provide excellent customer experience, training, and project management.

Currently, he works as a freelance headhunter, recruiting candidates in European and North American markets. His clientele includes companies in the Real Estate, Telecommunication, Banking, Health and Pharma, Consultancy, Retail and Online Marketing industries. He has also worked as the EMEA Business Development Representative at Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Jean-Michel has worked in various positions in a range of organizations, big and small. He has held roles such as Project Manager and Account Manager at Ariad, Management Consultant at National Bank of Canada and Desjardins, Sales Consultant at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, and Business Analyst at L'Oréal.

In his free time, Jean-Michel enjoys volunteering in the community, participating in sports, and travelling to new places.
