Nancy Albertini is a renowned executive search industry innovator and thought leader, currently serving as a Senior Partner and a member of the office of the CEO at Kingsley Gate Partners. She has over 25 years of experience in identifying and connecting the industry's most sought-after talent with some of the most prominent companies.

Nancy's illustrious career is marked by successful stints at several companies. She founded Taylor Winfield Inc. in 1986, a company that focused on executive search for emerging growth companies. Later on, she led the company in partnering with private equity firms, mainly focusing on the technology industry. In 1993, she revolutionized the investment model by investing with her clients in portfolio companies that required foundational support. Nancy introduced BEA Systems to Warburg Pincus in 1994, resulting in BEA becoming the fastest-growing software company in Silicon Valley. In 2003, she co-founded Pagemill Partners, a company that provided financial advisory services to middle-market technology companies. In 2006, she founded Kingsley Gate, the precursor to today's Kingsley Gate Partners, where she currently leads the charge.

Apart from her professional experience, Nancy was a former board member of Apollo Enterprise Solutions and Upward, an organization for women executives. She also served on the advisory board of Monitise. Nancy further holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University (SMU) with international training from the London Business School (LBS).
