Milestones are primarily related to improvement of working capital, implementation of financial and strategic steering information system and attracting external financing. Responsibilities primarily relate to preparing and analysing financial steering information and financial reports, as well as working capital and risk management, external financing and the forecasting process. As member of the management team, my input on issues at strategic level are top priority.
Furthermore, HR policy, stakeholder management and corporate governance are my personal interest and therefore an active part of the current portfolio.

Transaction Services is engaged in advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and refinancing processes, primarily through financial due diligences (buy- and sellside), vendor assistance and independent business reviews.
As an associate I was responsible for the collection and interpretation of financial data, the set up of the relevant analyses. Assessing the risks and opportunities of a proposed transaction thereby focussing on financial considerations such as the integrity of historic and forecast information, underlying earnings, working capital and cash flows. Furthermore, the reporting of findings and the ongoing contact with senior management of client and/or the target company are activities I was engaged in.
