Ashley McKain, a business administration graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, has built a strong professional background, holding various roles in companies such as Vanguard, Expeditors International and Live Nation. Her experience encompasses a range of skills such as business management, talent management, event logistics, client relationship management, and customs brokerage. Before joining Vanguard, Ashley worked as a Box Office Assistant Manager at Live Nation, where she learned the skills needed to drive sales and promote excellent customer service. Here, she was responsible for selling tickets, managing the box office and coordinating event logistics. Later, at Expeditors International, she honed her expertise in customs brokerage. Joining Vanguard in 2010, Ashley became a Client Relationship Associate, ensuring that clients' needs were met and exceeded by providing excellent customer service. Ashley continued to move through the ranks and eventually assumed the role of Talent Management & Event Logistics Senior Specialist, where she was responsible for organizing events and talent acquisition. Today, Ashley is Vanguard's Business Project Manager, Specialist - Vanguard Specialty Programs, where she oversees various projects for the company's specialty programs.
