Efra Pruneda is an experienced Information Systems professional with a strong background in computer programming, system design, system support, and project management. With more than 10 years in the industry, Efra has demonstrated the ability to develop people skills and maintain excellent software development standards throughout his career. He has vast experience in supporting mission-critical systems, designing and implementing complete life-cycle client-server and web-based applications with various development tools and languages, and has progressed to increasing levels of technical management responsibility throughout his career.

Efra holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and is a US Citizen with security clearance. He is a Technical Lead, managing cross-functional teams using Rapid Development/Joint App Dev and SCRUM methodologies. Utilizing his bilingual skills in English and Spanish, he excels at interfacing with business clients to assess needs and provide solutions. Efra has demonstrated skills to develop people while being an Oracle PL/SQL developer, Omnis Studio developer, CA Service Desk technical owner, Aspect eWFM technical owner, and CA Workflow developer.

Throughout his career, Efra has held positions as IT Manager at Arrow Electronics, Technical Solutions Manager at TeleTech, and IT Project lead at Dex One, among others. He takes pride in his excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrating that he is a valuable asset.
