Benjamin Winter is a multifaceted professional with a passion for design, strategy, and research. He holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Transdisciplinary Design from Parsons School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English and French from the University of Michigan. Benjamin has an extensive background in service design, holding various roles in organizations such as The Lab at the US Office of Personnel Management, Gensler, and Friends*.

His expertise includes client and project management, research and strategy consulting, and service design. He has worked as a senior service designer and researcher, teaching assistant, and service design fellow at Parsons DESIS Lab. Benjamin has also worked as a public radio producer at Michigan Radio and Third Coast International Audio Festival.

With his diverse background, Benjamin is an exceptional strategist, thinker, and problem solver. He brings exceptional creativity and collaboration to his projects, as well as a strong value for teamwork and communication.
