Shauna Hannon is a highly-skilled project manager, instructional designer, software trainer, and technical writer with over 14 years of experience in the program operations and marketing software and entertainment industries. She holds a Master's degree in Instructional Design, has worked on large-scale IT projects, managed and promoted training events, and conducted software and LMS navigation training. Shauna has also mentored and trained new employees and spearheaded initiatives in creating and managing departments. Currently, she designs and develops eLearning courses for CSU Global/Beyond Campus Innovations. Shauna is dedicated to producing quality training programs and materials as a project manager, instructional designer, software trainer, or technical writer.
