Lycia Harper is a complex systems practitioner and change facilitation consultant with over 13 years of experience in corporate responsibility, organizational change, leadership development, cross-sector partnership, and future cities work. She has worked with clients ranging from large corporates like Accenture, Aviva, and HSBC to tiny community organizations like UKBIC, Watershed, and NSPCC. Lycia's expertise lies in helping people understand and work with complex systems practically and every day. She does this by applying her knowledge of complexity science and systemic constellations, which she discovered in 2008. Lycia is the founder and director of Glow Consulting and has worked with various consultancies like fgi (Fischer Group International) and Common Thread. Lycia has experience in multiple fields, ranging from physics to marketing, brand, and public relations. She graduated with an MSc in Responsibility and Business Practice from the University of Bath and a BSc in Physics from The University of Sheffield.
