Spencer Brown has had an illustrious career as a business leader in various industries, including direct marketing, advertising, semiconductors, and video production services. He founded the Spencer J. Brown Consulting LLC after serving as the CEO of Euro RSCG DRTV, where he elevated the annual billings from $14 million to over $450 million, making it the largest direct response television advertising agency worldwide.
Spencer has held senior corporate leadership positions in several public and private companies, including 800.com, Now Software, Sundance Electronics, TriQuint Semiconductor, GigaBit Logic, CR Technology, and Compact Video Systems. He is a former Chairman of the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network, a former board member and President of ACG Portland, and former board member of several companies such as 800.com, ANSR, ACG Global, Brandlive, Chemwest Engineering, Tactix, The Commerce Bank of Oregon, and Direct Marketing Solutions. Spencer is a retired Certified Public Accountant and began his career as an Auditor at Peat Marwick Mitchell (KPMG).
Spencer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from U.C.L.A. in 1976 and received an honorable discharge from the U.S. Air Force in 1973.
