Brynne Rojas

Brynne M. McNulty Rojas is an accomplished business leader, real estate expert, and social entrepreneur. She is the Co-Founder and CEO of Habi.co, a Colombian proptech startup that is focused on improving access to affordable housing in the country. Before this, she had an extensive career that spanned several senior positions in the corporate and non-profit sectors.

Brynne earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the prestigious Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She then went on to pursue her MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was awarded the George F. Baker Scholarship and graduated with high distinction.

After completing her education, Brynne started her career as a Convertible Bonds Analyst at Goldman Sachs. She then worked as a Real Estate Private Equity Associate at the same company. From there, she moved to Honest Buildings, where she served as Strategy and Market Development. She also worked as an Office of Military Commissions at the United States Department of Defense.

Brynne later joined McKinsey & Company as a Consultant, where she gained valuable experience in strategy, organization, and operations. She then served as Global Corporate Strategy at Selina, a leading hospitality company that offers co-working, accommodations, and experiences.

Before founding Habi.co, Brynne worked as the Director of Strategic Engagement at the John P. and Anne Welsh McNulty Foundation. Her role involved overseeing the organization's programs and initiatives to promote social impact and sustainability.
