Meet Mohamed Houkaimi - an experienced and results-driven professional with over three decades of experience in information solutions, operations strategy, project management, and leadership. Mohamed has a diverse IT and telecom background in infrastructure management, networks, systems, application and software/hardware architecting. As a senior manager, he has led cross-functional teams with different technical and cultural backgrounds in innovative and high-tech environments. Mohamed is skilled in consensus-building, vision re-engineering, crisis management, problem-solving, and negotiating. He has played a key role in cross-functional projects such as quality assurance and ITIL implementation, providing end-to-end solutions with measurable outcomes.

Mohamed's education includes a degree in engineering from École Hassania des Travaux Publics, an MBA from École des Ponts Business School and another MBA from École Hassania des Travaux Publics. He studied Taupe at Classes Préparatoires aux grandes Ecoles d'Ingénieurs - Lycée Mohamed V and completed high school studies at Lycée Moulay Abdellah and Lycée Moulay AbdelLah - Casablanca.

Currently serving as the Project Delivery Manager at MYCOM OSI, Mohamed was formerly the Directeur technique Associé at HPLS (formerly known as "H2C - Houkaimi & Consorts Construction").
