Provided support as analyst to the marketers for a cloud storage productivity tool for world leading technical firm based in US. Helped them measure impact of online campaigns, and monetize the customer engagement through targeted marketing. Used AB Testing and Customer Segmentation techniques.Developed a Face recognition and emotion detection model to detect human faces and give a confidence across the set of emotions for a facial expressions in images and video. Python libraries like keras and openCV were used to train a convolutional neural network. Deployed the same model into an API using django-rest-framework library. These were part of proof of concept apps inside Brillio MINERVA  AI platform.

Built a Random Forest classifier model for a leading appliance repair firm in North America to predict faulty parts based on customers description of problem and historical data. This helped client achieve savings by reducing number of multiple service dispatches for same problem. Scikit-learn library was used to train and test the classifiers.Developed a forecasting model for a leading online remittance firm to calculate probability of a customer to transact in coming month, which helped in running a successful targeted marketing campaign for the least probable and profitable customers. Increase the monthly mobilization by an average of $16.4Mn/Month for 6 consecutive monthsDeveloped an attrition model for above mentioned client, which predicted the probability of a customer to attrite. Also developed a multi-channel targeting plan for these at-risk customers, which resulted in 12% annual reduction in attrition.Did Customer segmentation for largest automotive dealer in Kuwait. Customers were segmented on their propensity to buy another car, trade-in another car and their service revenue. Led a team of 4 members, supporting the Logistics team for a leading food distribution firm based in Chicago. Designed and developed a reporting framework (comprising mainly of SAS/Base , SQL and Excel) to churn 40 reports weekly for varied audience. Helped the client improve reporting accuracy, data accuracy, delivery and access of reports.
