She is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Successful Culture International and the Founder and CEO of PeopleTactics LLC. With over 50 years of experience, Jennifer is passionate about developing transformational leaders and teams, creating engaging work environments for employees, and making organizations successful. Her specialties include leadership and management development, culture assessments, employee surveys, talent review, and succession planning.

Jennifer completed an MBA in HR and Organizational Development from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business, and a Bachelors of Science in Business/Personnel and Labor Relations from the University of Maryland College Park. Prior to founding PeopleTactics and SCI, she worked in various roles at Freddie Mac and Andersen Consulting (Accenture).
