Peter Mao is a successful investor and co-founder of Panda Capital with over 12 years of experience in the venture capital and technology industry. He is highly knowledgeable in artificial intelligence, robotics, enterprise services, logistics, transportation, and internet consumer, among others. He has led several successful investments such as Face++, UniSound, Insta360, Mobike, and many others. Before co-founding Panda Capital, Peter was a Vice President at Qiming Venture Partners, where he was heavily involved in managing portfolios of companies such as Xiaomi, Xiaoyi, Intelligent Automation, and FraudMetrix. He has been recognized by several organizations, including CYZONE, Fortune China, and China Venture, among others.

Peter holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Jilin University and an MBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. He is currently completing his Executive Education in the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School. His previous experiences included being a Software Engineer at Hanna Strategies and FalconStor Software, as well as an MBA Intern at Intel Corporation.
