Courtney Watson is an experienced professional with over 20 years of experience in product development and sales & marketing. She is a strategic planner with expertise in hospitality, revenue management, negotiations, coaching, and branding. Her diverse experience includes global distribution, wholesale and OTA markets, opening new properties, brand roll-outs, and leadership.

In addition to her business background, Courtney has a passion for mindfulness and has been practicing it for over a decade. This practice has helped her immensely in communication, stress management, and creating balance when managing hectic schedules. She has studied various mindfulness-based programs and is a certified yoga teacher and yoga therapist.

Courtney holds a Business Administration degree from Lansing Community College and has pursued various certifications, including MBSR TT1, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Power of Awareness, Mindfulness Meditation, and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy from renowned institutions such as the University of California, San Diego, and Rocky Mountain Mindfulness.
