Mark Jones is a veteran senior technologist known for his versatility and breadth of experience. He specializes in business transformation using data-driven process improvement, microservice architectures, and continuous delivery. Mark began his career as a sales adviser at Electronics Boutique Stores Group and later worked as a PC world Technician and merchandiser at Dixons Retail. After earning his B-Tec national diploma in Popular Music at West Nottinghamshire College and completing his education at Joseph Whitaker School, he went on to hold several technical and enterprise architecture positions.
