His tenure at Capital One Financial Services included roles like Senior Vice President of Deposit Services & External Fraud, Senior Vice President leading Process Improvement and Lean Six Sigma Deployment, Vice President of Strategic Analysis & Improvement, and Group Manager specializing in Strategy & Analysis and Process Improvement Consulting.
