James Finder is an Enterprise Transformation and Delivery Manager with extensive experience in design thinking. With a Master's degree in Instructional Technology, James is an expert in creating engaging training solutions. He excels at leading cross-functional teams to drive fundamental change in strategy, process, and employee development. James has considerable experience in project management, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving. James began his career as an OLITS Operator with the State of Florida.
