Ranny Bloch is an accomplished Marketing Manager with a passion for all things digital. With a wealth of experience in the information technology and online industry, she has honed her skills in UI/UX, team management, conversion funnel management, call center management, negotiation, sales, entrepreneurship and market research. Ranny attended IDC Herzliya, where she completed her M.A. in Organizational Behavior Studies and her B.A. in Psychology and Communications.

Before joining ClimaCell as a Mobile Growth Manager, Ranny has held several leadership positions throughout her career. She served as the Telecom Services Marketing Manager at Viber, Marketing Manager at Pipl, Inc., and VP Sales and Marketing at homeless.co.il - הומלס. She also worked as a Navy skipper in the Israel Defense Forces.
