Steve Pazol is a successful entrepreneur, CEO, and GM with over two decades of experience leading startups in technology and emerging markets. His expertise includes M2M and IoT, wireless communications and wireless power, and enterprise software. He has founded six companies, led two joint ventures, and ran global businesses in the UK, Europe, Asia, and North America. Steve's notable achievements include serving on multiple boards, participating in numerous capital raises and exits, closing M&A deals on both the buy and sell sides, and leading several IP licensing businesses.

Steve recently led the global business for Qualcomm Halo, a wireless electric vehicle charging company, which he successfully sold to WiTricity in 2019. He also led other Qualcomm businesses, such as WiPower and ETA Semiconductor. Steve is currently on the board of directors of Formula E Holdings and TearClear. He has authored over 50 articles, was on the Advisory Board of M2M Magazine, and Technical Editor of Unicenter Advisor Magazine. Steve has been recognized as one of 10 original M2M Pioneers by M2M Magazine and a Chicago Innovation Award winner.

Steve founded nPhase, an M2M / IoT platform company, which he sold to Qualcomm. After several years, he spun the business back out of Qualcomm and led nPhase, a Verizon Wireless / Qualcomm joint venture. Verizon subsequently acquired the business, and Steve returned to Qualcomm as an EIR. Prior to this, Steve founded Professional Consulting Services in Chicago and co-founded Mehta & Pazol Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd in Pune, India. Steve studied BSEE at the University of Michigan.
