With over 12 years of experience leading award-winning mentoring programs, Frank has helped over 32,000 participants from all over the world. She comes from a strong commercial background, bringing ROI-focused results to the table. She challenges leaders and organizations to be authentic about their inclusion practices and not just check boxes. Frank's focus on results has won her clients local and global awards for their achievements, including two Global Catalyst Awards in the US.

Frank's expertise includes career acceleration programs for women and men, inclusive leadership training, mentoring programs for all employees, and establishing diversity and inclusion councils and networks. Her signature program, my mentor: Courageous Woman, has enabled a 40% increase in promotions for women. Frank's Courage: Inclusive Leadership in Action program provides leaders with practical ways to practice diversity and inclusion. Frank studied Law and Commerce at the University of Queensland and is also an accomplished author of the best-selling book, You Go Girlfriend.
