He holds a certificate in Hospitality Management from South Metropolitan TAFE and an Advanced Diploma in Computer Science from Informatics Education Ltd. Scott has held senior management positions in Australia and Asia, including at Crown Casino, Fraser Island Retreat, Mandarin Oriental, Dragon-i, Elite Concepts, and Shangri-La.
