Steve Boyce is a seasoned technology leader with over two decades of experience in sales and delivery roles. He is currently the Director of Professional Services at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he manages and leads the US Federal and Nonprofits division. Steve has helped US Civilian, Department of Defense, Federal Financial, Nonprofits, System Integrators, and Partners transform with AWS. Prior to his current role, he worked as the Acting Director of Professional Services at AWS and held various positions at Microsoft. Steve has a Master of Business Administration in International Business from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

Steve brings a wealth of expertise in cybersecurity, alliances and business development, professional services, and consulting services. He is passionate about promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and is a male ally for gender equality. Steve is also experienced in guiding, coaching, and supporting others, putting in place mechanisms, and single-threaded owners. Outside of work, Steve enjoys running, biking, swimming, and reading and listening to books for inspiration.
