Michelle Kratchman is an accomplished creative leader with a wealth of experience leading teams across design, animation, and video production. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin's Filmmaking/Cinema/Video Studies program, Kratchman has spent her career working for high-profile brands such as Verizon Media, Nickelodeon, MTV Networks, and FUSE Music Network.

Kratchman's creative specialties include 360 branding, sports branding and partnerships, creative and design direction, animation, and executive producing and project management. Over the years, she has honed her skills in budget allocation and oversight, mentorship, visual marketing, team leadership, and social media. Kratchman has also won numerous awards for the high quality of her work and her ability to exceed business goals while maintaining a positive and productive team culture.

Today, Kratchman serves as the Creative Director and Head of Art & AR/VR Design at Verizon Media, where she continues to push the boundaries of what's possible in the world of visual storytelling.
