Felix Ncube is a highly experienced strategy development and execution expert. Over the past 14 years, he has been dedicated to consulting, training personnel, and executing lean six sigma methodologies. His skills encompass a broad range of fields, including procurement for capital projects, production planning, contractor management, business process re-engineering, and simulation and modeling.

Felix is a certified lean six sigma black belt (with master black belt training), a mechanical engineering design expert, and a project management specialist. He has extensive experience working for top organizations in different capacities and has held numerous positions, such as head of department Business Excellence at South African Airways Technical, Director at Synergistix Training, Consulting & EPCM Services, Vice President of Global Business Transformation at Barclays Wealth and Investment Management, Manufacturing Executive at DENEL, Global Capital Purchasing Manager at P&G, and Consultant at Renoir, amongst others.

Felix has a rich educational background in engineering, with a focus on industrial, manufacturing, and mechanical engineering. He holds a certificate in Operations Management from the University of Cape Town and a certificate from BMGI. He also has a degree in Honors from the National University of Science and Technology and a Master's degree from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria.
