After co-founding a new division within Shea Homes, Jeff McQueen has become a leading authority on active adult communities. Over the past 13 years, Shea Homes and the Trilogy brand have become household names in the industry. Jeff has played a vital role in leading all aspects of the business, fulfilling various roles, including Executive Vice President/COO, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President Acquisitions. Jeff studied MBA in Finance and Marketing at Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School of Business, and BA in Political Science at Whitman College. He was formerly the Director of Land Acquisitions at Pulte Homes and Director of Strategic Planning and Acquisitions at Rural Metro. Today, with a reputation for excellence in his field, Jeff serves as President at Shea Homes.
