Adam has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University. He began his career as a Finance Department Administrative Assistant at George Washington University before interning at the International Trade Administration at the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Adam's professional journey continued as he became a Political Researcher, Senior Pollster Intern at The Huffington Post, and later assumed roles such as Research Associate at Global Strategy Group, Senior Research Associate at Global Strategy Group, and Senior Market Research Analyst at PSB. He later served as Manager of Custom Research & Analytics at HarrisX, which is part of the Stagwell Group Company. Currently, he is an Account Director, Insight at Brunswick Group.
