Odile Guinot is a highly accomplished sales executive with a vast experience in building relationships with top-level businesses at all levels of an organization, advocating excellence, and leading teams to achieve corporate goals. Currently, as Head of AppleCare Sales, Americas at Apple, she is responsible for delivering exceptional results by thinking outside-the-box and utilizing her sales management skills.
Odile holds a Master of Business Administration in Sales Management from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Selling Skills and Sales Operations from Northern Illinois University.
Before joining Apple, Odile spent several years working for Motorola, a Google company, where she held various key positions such as Vice President and General Manager, Director of Retail and e-Commerce Sales, and Director of Tier-1 Carrier Sales. She was also responsible for leading the company's Tier-2, Regional Carrier Sales, Sprint MVNOs, and TracFone Wireless operations. The breadth of her experience in various roles has contributed significantly to her success in creating and executing strategic plans, leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth.
Odile's marketing experience also gave her a strong foundation in promoting and selling products. She was North American Marketing Manager and International Product Manager and Sales Support for Motorola, Inc. as well as Customer Business Analyst and International Marketing.
In all her roles, Odile has been known for her ability to build strong relationships with C-Suite executives, use creative solutions to close deals and deliver excellent business results.
