Alina Anderson is an accomplished Senior Technical Program Manager with a wealth of experience in site reliability engineering, observability engineering, and infrastructure engineering, among other areas. She is a skilled operational excellence professional with a knack for getting things done, and she's known for her curiosity, love of learning, and passion for building and improving backend systems.
Anderson started her career as a First Mate and Assistant Director of Store Operations at Trader Joe's, and has since held various positions, such as Director of Operations, Financial Operations Analyst, and Owner & Operator at Olive and Bean, and Program Manager and Senior Technical Program Manager at Smartsheet. Currently, Anderson is a Senior Technical Program Manager at Outreach, where she leads high-impact infrastructure initiatives and helps build reliable, scalable systems.
