Alina Anderson is an accomplished Senior Technical Program Manager with a wealth of experience in site reliability engineering, observability engineering, and infrastructure engineering, among other areas. She is a skilled operational excellence professional with a knack for getting things done, and she's known for her curiosity, love of learning, and passion for building and improving backend systems.

Anderson started her career as a First Mate and Assistant Director of Store Operations at Trader Joe's, and has since held various positions, such as Director of Operations, Financial Operations Analyst, and Owner & Operator at Olive and Bean, and Program Manager and Senior Technical Program Manager at Smartsheet. Currently, Anderson is a Senior Technical Program Manager at Outreach, where she leads high-impact infrastructure initiatives and helps build reliable, scalable systems.

Anderson studied at both Redondo Union High School and El Camino College, and she's always eager to meet other professionals who share her passion for observability, scaling systems, incident response, and reliability in the pursuit of customer trust.
